Dining at a seafood restaurant can be a real treat. However, many seafood restaurants are filled with diet-busting food that is overloaded with calories. If you think that you will have to skip the seafood restaurant in order to stay within your daily calorie limit, fortunately, you should know that you are wrong. 1. Be Careful with Appetizers

3. Skip Certain Condiments
Certain condiments and accompaniments can cause the fat grams and calories to really stack up. Instead of eating tartar sauce, for example, you'll want to try cocktail sauce. Another good way to add flavor to your seafood dish without adding too many fat grams and calories is to ask for sliced lemon; when squeezed on top of broiled or grilled fish or when eaten with shrimp, fresh-squeezed lemon juice can add flavor and can really help bring out the taste of your seafood.
